This is the easiest recipe and quite tasty. It doesn’t have the funky ingredients of store-bought chocolate syrup, but you can use it the same ways: top ice cream, make chocolate milk, use as cake frosting, etc. If you like chocolate syrup, you’ll love this. All you do is mix two parts honey to one part cocoa powder. Use a fork to mix it together and there you have it. It takes a while for the powder to become incorporated, so just keep stirring. You could try substituting maple syrup or carob if you prefer.
